Hi Joe,
I want to be sure you know about the absolutely outstanding job Brian did setting up my new trailer in Clute Park in Watkins Glen. From backing it in precisely correct on the first attempt to getting it perfectly level to explaining it all to me, he was painstaking the whole time. People in the park were amazed and people who weren't will be hearing about it because that's apparently far from the usual way dealers deliver trailers to the park. I suspect you and Brian will a campfire topics this spring, whether you like it or not!
And, as I work on getting the inside organized, I'm finding, once again, the incredible job Becky did in moving all my things from the old trailer into this trailer. Aside from being stunned at the amount of "stuff" I had in the old trailer, I'm finding everything in logical places - far better than if I'd done the transferring myself. I'm not organized yet but, thanks to her care, it won't take me much longer!
So, once again, you folks have done a wonderful job for me and I am grateful!

I wanted to let you know that I can't remember the last time (if ever) that I've dealt with a business either personally or on a professional level that left me completely amazed. Everyone that I dealt with over the phone (including Laurie having to field all of my calls) and everyone I met on Saturday was beyond pleasant!
The whole experience was fantastic and you should all commend yourselves for what a fine team you make! I'm extremely impressed.
